Events continue to bring socially distanced crowds to the Tyson Events Center and Orpheum Theatre in Sioux City. The Tyson Events Center and Orpheum Theatre managed by Spectra has welcomed over 20,000 people across 13 days of events this March.

Events include hosting the NAIA Women’s Basketball National Championship Tournament, 2 consecutive vaccine clinics with the Siouxland District Health Department, a Comedy Night featuring Tammy Pescatelli and Orlando Leyba, The return of Sioux City Bandits Football, A pancake breakfast with the Siouxland Youth Hockey Association, a Sioux City Musketeers hockey game, and finishing with another 2 consecutive vaccine clinics. The team executed 5 overnight changeovers in a 7-day span for these events.

“It’s been a busy 2 weeks transitioning between the various events at our venues,” said Spectra’s Tim Savona, General Manager of the Tyson Events Center and Orpheum Theatre. “We wouldn’t be able to do it without our team. Our staff’s hard work and dedication make these events possible.”
