GOVERNOR'S PUBLIC HEALTH PROCLAMATION - 11.16.20

After reviewing the Governor’s latest public health proclamation from 11/16/20, and further consulting with the Governor’s office for clarification on the proclamation, please note the following event updates;

  • Section 6, Item A addresses indoor gatherings causing us to cancel the Craft Fair at the Tyson Events Center.
  • Section 6, Item C addresses Professional Sporting Events confirms The Sioux City Musketeers to proceed with their planned schedule.
  • Section 7, Item H addresses Theaters and Performance Venues confirms to proceed with Lucas Hoge (Dec. 4) and Maddie Poppe (Dec. 17) at the Orpheum Theatre.

The health and safety of our community, employees, performers, and fans have been our top priority as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic and live events. We have fan safety guidelines, including mandatory masks, pod seating, physical distancing in lines, and our enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures in place to offer a safe environment for those attending events. However, this requires attendees to do their part by following our policies, wearing a mask, and staying home if they’re sick.
